This Privacy Policy explains what information the game YPIM (Your Power Is Maximum) (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) collects and how it is used, across both the web version (at yourpowerismaximum.com) and the mobile app versions. Summary

• You do not create an account or give us your name, email, or password to play.
• Your game progress is saved on your own device and is not sent to us.
• If you choose to appear on the leaderboard, a randomly generated id, the display name you type, and your in-game score are stored on our leaderboard service.
• The Game shows ads. Advertising partners (Google) collect device and usage data to serve them.

Information we collect

1. Game progress (stored on your device). Your power level, gold, upgrades, and other progress are stored locally in your browser/app using localStorage. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you clear your browser/app data or use the in-game “reset save”.

2. Leaderboard data (only if you use the leaderboard). When you open the leaderboard, the Game submits: a randomly generated player id (created on your device, not linked to your real identity), the display name you choose to type, and your in-game score and arena progress. This is stored by our backend provider, Supabase. Please do not enter personal information as your display name. If you want your leaderboard entry deleted, email us.

3. Advertising & analytics data (collected by our ad partners). The Game displays advertising through Google:

• Mobile apps: Google AdMob.
• Web: Google AdSense and Google H5 Games Ads.

To serve and measure ads, these partners may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, general location, device type and settings, and interactions with ads. This may be used for personalized or non-personalized advertising and frequency capping. We do not control and do not receive this raw data ourselves. Legal basis & your consent

On the web version, a banner on your first visit asks how Google may use your data for advertising: personalized or non-personalized ads. Ads are shown either way (they keep the game free); the choice only controls whether Google may use your data to personalize them. No advertising code is loaded before you choose. Google may additionally show its own consent prompt (for example, in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland). In the mobile apps, consent is collected through Google’s consent prompt (UMP).

Children’s privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information (for example, in a leaderboard name), contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, and to opt out of certain data uses. Because we don’t hold accounts, the main data tied to you is an optional leaderboard entry — email colonalk@gmail.com and we’ll delete it. For ad-related data, use Google’s controls linked above.

Data retention

Device save data persists until you clear it. Leaderboard entries persist until you ask us to remove yours or the leaderboard is reset. Ad partners retain data per their own policies.
